 Guaranteed High Quality: Rest assured, we pride ourselves on absolute perfection. Every jar is composed of premium, strictly inspected, high-quality jewelry and watches. Quality issues are virtually non-existent here.
 Exceptions for Protection: We protect our princesses! Returns, refunds, or replacements will ONLY be granted under the following extreme circumstances:
   1. The package is officially confirmed as lost in transit.
   2. You received an empty package.
   3. There is severe, unwearable structural damage upon arrival.
     (Note: To claim a refund under these exceptions, an unboxing video showing the shipping label and the intact seal is strictly required.)
